Shipping Process
After placing your order we will send you a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order. This usually takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Once processed we will give your order to a delivery company who will delivery you your package within 2-6 business days (Monday - Friday), we will also send you another email containing tracking information, so that you can check, where exactly your package is. To make our customers happy, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
Order Delays
We try to get you your order as soon as possible, but sometimes delays can occur due to many reasons, such as weather problems, peak holiday time and so on. If you don't receive your package within 8 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day you place your order, do not panic yet. Just give us additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday). If you don't receive it by then, please contact us and we will look into it.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
Bad things can happen and you might receive a damaged or wrong item. We sincerely apologize if this happens, but do not worry, we will sort it out for you too and get you a new correct item. Just take photos of the problem and send it to us at info@liamstucchi.com. We will take care of the rest.
Order Cancellations
Did you change your mind and don't want your order anymore? You cancel it easily, just send us an email at info@liamstucchi.com and we will cancel the order for you. Please do it as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
