Refund Policy

  • You have 30 days to return the items
  • No restocking fees

How to Make a Return

We are sorry if you are not happy with the item and want to return it, however, we offer a 30 days period, when you can do so. To start the process, send us an email first at info@liamstucchi.com. We will send you a more detailed instructions on how to proceed. Before you send us the returned items, please make sure that they are in their original conditions, not washed and with all the tags attached. Afterwards send them to us using a reliable courier, so that they won't get lost. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but do not worry as we won't charge any restocking fee.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know via email. Then we will refund you your money on the original payment method you used to purchase the item. Please be patient, as this process might take up to 7 days.

Exchanges

Want to swap your item for something else? Sure thing, no problem as we accept exchanges. Send us an email first at info@liamstucchi.com and tell us what you want to exchange and we will organize it for you.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

Bad things can happen and you might receive a damaged or wrong item. We sincerely apologize if this happens, but do not worry, we will sort it out for you too and get you a new correct item. Just take photos of the problem and send it to us at info@liamstucchi.com. We will take care of the rest.

Order Cancellations

Did you change your mind and don't want your order anymore? You cancel it easily, just send us an email at info@liamstucchi.com and we will cancel the order for you. Please do it as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
